Parrish Medical Center's (PMC) dream has been our mission: Healing experiences for everyone all the
time. Healing experiences affect how we sense, feel, think, act, and relate to people around us. At
PMC, healing experiences are defined as "truly meaningful connections between people out of love, caring
and respect for one another." We believe in our mission, and together with the right people who share
our values, we are achieving that mission.
PMC is a caring community of healthcare professionals. Excellence is expected. Caring, loving
individuals who are passionate about being the very best people they can be are valued. PMC devotes
as much time and resources into developing this organizational culture as we are in adding new
technology and services. It is that important to us. In doing so, we are creating a place where
people aspire to be the best they can; a place where people bring their hearts to work and make
