A one-of-a-kind health village for older adults
The Parrish Health Village is the only healthcare healing environment of its kind, combining a small-town atmosphere with compassionate, skilled and specialized outpatient care for older adults, developing and delivering services that help adults age with grace, poise and confidence.
Pamela Tronetti, DO, AGSF, a highly trained geriatrician, is the Medical Director for Parrish Health Village and runs the Parrish Senior Consultation Center (PSCC), the flagship program for the health village. At its temporary location on Century Medical Drive near Parrish Medical Center, Dr. Tronetti and her staff are dedicated to helping to improve the health and well being of older patients. The Center uses a team approach to thoroughly evaluate patients, providing specialized consultative geriatric care that helps the patient and their caregivers.
Your gift will help fund the following programs and services of the Parrish Health Village:
Three of the community’s most notable historic houses have been prominently positioned at the entrance of the Parrish Health Village to create a sense of charm, dignity, and grace. The functions of the houses include a Philanthropy House for sharing a piece of history and philanthropy, Carey's Guest House by Sodexo for overnight stays, and Heritage Hall for educational and community events for seniors and those with chronic health conditions. The Parrish Health Village will extend to the east, at the south end of Brevard County Chain of Lakes waterfront, where a series of buildings will be constructed in 19th century period architecture. Connecting this entrance with the Parrish Health Village East will be a beautiful park, complete with a grand pavilion perfect for family and community activities.
The Parrish Health Village is a multi-million dollar project. Thanks to our generous supporters, we raised $3.5 million for the Parrish Health Village in our first ever capital campaign. Your gift will help make possible the Health Village’s vision of healing generations for generations of healing.
